Actually, they can do that. I worked with a woman who'd call 911 for the stupidest crap. Things like "There's somebody going 40mph on the parkway", or "The kid in the car next to me, his stereo is too loud."

One day, on her way to work, she got hung up in a construction zone. She called 911 because she "Had to get to work and the guy directing traffic hasn't let anyone in my lane go in 3 minutes!".

The guy was a cop on duty directing traffic. He kindly assisted her with her problem by stopping traffic flow when her car got to the front, and arrested her for, and I don't remember the exact terms, "Misuse of emergency infrastructure for non-emergency purposes".

Basically, they'd started a file on her, warned her a few times, then solved the problem.

Every now and then Pennsylvania actually does something right :)

yep... its pretty true, all the people who wine and cry about everything, and then do what all modern day people do... sue them for all they can, like that lady who sued Mcdonalds because she spilt her coffee on herself while driving and it burned her and she sued for a couple million i think... mabey a couple hundred thousand... that why they put caution hot on them now
