Guinness is sponsoring a proposition to have Congress make St. Patrick's Day an official U.S. holiday. I think it's a great idea, considering I'm Irish and my name is Patrick! They need a million signatures by midnight on March 16th. At the moment, they have ~220,000. I encourage everyone to sign the petition, even if you're not Irish - Non-Irish still have fun on St. Patrick's Day!

Fail. Why do you need a holiday to drink beer when enough people make idiots of themselves doing it the other 364 days?

St. Patrick's day makes me wish I was a cop. Especially around college campuses.
