Crashed my camaro,3 citations..plzz helpe

hey wuzup guys,Im an international student,i live in Arizona. I had an accident 3 weeks ago on the street infront of my college,i had 3 people in my car,i thought the speed limit was 45 but it was 35 and i was going about 60-65 mph because i was in a hurry.The accident happened when i saw something infron of me on the street so i turned hard to the left lane and the car started swinging and their was a car infront of me so i slammed the brakes to avoid hitting the other car and the brakes locked which caused the car to keep going left,hitting the curb and rolling over,but thanks god all of the people in the car had few scratches and thats it.The cops cited me with extreme speeding(70 mph and im sure i wasnt going that speed),reckless driving,and unsafe changing of lanes.I realy dont know what to do and what to say in the court coz i dont know anything about the laws here and i cant afford a lawyer.Im wondering if im going to jail because of that and how much the fines are going to be,and please advise me on what to say.By the way this is my first accident and i never had any tickets before.I would really appreciate your help.Thanks

ok so u thought that the speed limit was 45 but u decided that to go around 65 and u think u were wrongfull ticketed for extreme speeding? noob

not sure what the points table looks like in AZ but in ohio, that would be a good 12 points on your record.

best bet, get a lawyer or public defender. they may be able to help you, but from the sounds of it youre going to pay some hefty fines atleast.

First of all why would you be going 65mph on the street. As for the court you will probably have to pay a hefty fine maybe in the thousand dollar mark. I'm shocked they didn't get you for public endangerment. :eek: . Well there is not much you can say to a judge that he hasn't heard. First thing he is going to ask you is why where you speeding and if you say i was late for class or something everything will go downhill from there, because he will say you could have gotten earlier to go class or what ever you where gonna do. Just be honest with the judge and tell him your situation maybe he or she will find petty on you.

first of all i know im wrong and i deserve all these tickets i got,and i learned a huge lesson from this cause i couldve killed some one in that crash!!so how much approximately do u think im gonna pay,and btw do you think that im gonna spend any jail time cause of that,i really know that im in deep **** and im askin for help coz i really donno what to do!!

i doubt you'll get jail time, but expect fines ranging in the thousands more than likely.

I would say you have nothing to worry about. With all the othe ppl in the system for much harsher crimes, they wont do **** to you. You will pay court costs and probly just the speeding citation...

By the way this is my first accident and i never had any tickets before.

holly **** im really screwed cause their is no way i can pay that much money cause here in the US i cant work more than 20 hours a week coz im an international student and their is no way im gonna be able to pay that much money,so do u think if i was completely honest to the judge and showed responsibility for that accident that he would lower the fines or something,like i wish i can get a lawyer but i really cant afford one!!

Just be honest.
