well... that is true, but how many people would actually want to take the chances that they will be one of the ones shot? and for a wallet? not many, if you (the gang of 10) are close enough to try and steal a wallet at knife point and/or stab them, you can be sure some guys are going down...and theres no telling if thats gonna be your last moment, thats all im saying
Your not very familiar with ms-13 are you? You should read up on them, not ones to mess with and will gladly die to kill whoever gets in their way.
Let's flip a coin. Heads I get tail, Tails I get head.

no.. im not, im just used to the pansie ones i have experence with around here, who just do it to be cool, and think their though and invincible because there are 5 of them
Unfortunately, its not. People think that guns keep you safe. Thing is, when someone calls you out on that bluff on whether or not to shoot, you better shoot. Just HAVING the gun doesn't scare many. Ive had guns in my face before, not really scared, because the person didn't have the balls to shoot.
Not to mention, you are one man with a gun, most gangs are many with guns, knives, or whatever else. You scare no one with a gun when they are in that position.
You have a gun BECAUSE your afraid.
So I could say if you lock your doors it's BECAUSE you're afraid.
Being afraid isn't a bad thing, it's a sign of knowing your limits. I'm assuming you don't own a gun. If a guy breaks into my house at night I'm going to pop him. Now, without a gun, if the same guy breaks into your house, you have less of a chance of making it out of that situation unharmed.
BTW- just to clear the air. Yes, I do own several guns. Do I think it means I'm invincible? No. A gun is a last resort for me. I don't want to kill someone becauset hats one moret hing against me when I meet my maker, but if it's me or them I will use one. Also, if I'm approached by a gang and in fear for my life (that phrase alone protects you in Fla thanks to Gov. Bush  ), I'm pulling out two .40's and popping the biggest guy and pointing at the second biggest one. You take down the pack leader and like dogs, they all scramble because none of them want to end up next to their buddy. People get too scared of gangs because they don't realise that they're all just groups of weak individuals who are intimidating in large numbers. In high school I was at a park one day and was approached by a Mexican gang because they seen the car I was driving and assumed I had a lot of money. The biggest guy moved in first, he didn't know I had been boxing for several years. I knocked the guy out on the first swing and his friends all ran in the opposite direction. Now, I do take percautions to avoid getting into bad situations since as stated earlier- I don't want to ever kill someone. I realise that if I ever do have to pull a gun I'm going to have to pull the trigger and shoot someone. From there it's potentially my two guns, pepper spray, and knife I keep on me vs multiple guys who may or may not have guns. Despite me being on the shooting team in high school and practicing every other weekend, I do know that all it takes is for one bullet to hit an artery or organ and I'm done. But as my dad says "It's better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it." You can tell me that owning a gun makes me a wimp or that it means I'm scared all you want, it doesn't bother me. But the truth of the matter is that the paranoia and percautions I take are potentially the difference between me making it out of a situation alive or dead.
well if we just think about it... what is the root of crimes? no money? why no money? no job? why no job? no education? why no education? he was too lazy to go to school.... it all starts at the house... if everyone have the initiative for change... its possible... but today there's none...
Horsepower is how fast you hit the Minivan... Torque is how far you take the Minivan with you... :wavey:

Yep, been saying it for years... one's family up bringing determines a lot about one's future.
Here in Calif. gangs are targeting African American. So far there's been 6 dead in one month alone. These dead blacks happens to be honor students, lawyers, Ph.D. and so on. None of them are opposing gang. The LA mayor still doesn't want to declare it hate crime.
