I remember that one. I think I was the first to post a comment on it.

Looks like you used a pickle fork on your ball joints... at least I see the forks in the photos. If so, did it cause any damage to the joints?

I thought I was going to have to use it, but a hammer worked just fine, just tapped it softly out of the spindle with no problems, I wouldn't recommend the "hit it harder" approach if it doesn't come out the first few times with the hammer either. Just take your time with that step.

I'm probably going to have to start carrying my 2 x 10's again like I did in my slammed Z-24 so I can get the jack under it, or more importantly after the spring install, the jack out from under it.

I didn't have to use the pickle fork either. The hammer method worked just fine for me. I didn't use a C-clamp on the endlinks either. It just took a little managing.

Even at stock height, I have to pull up on the front of the car to get the jack under it. But my car almost looks lowered, I've even had a few guys ask if I lowered it. The shock install actually dropped my rear a noticeable amount, which is weird.

I was able to get the backs on w/o compressing first, but the fronts gave me a little more trouble.

Yeah, I thought yours was lowered.

Hey, any thoughts on if I should get polyurethane sway bar bushings since I'm under there, or would it be a waste of $$$ and time?

Go for it. I can't say I noticed a difference in just bushings because I went to a 32 front bar at the same time I went to poly bushings and endlinks, but I'd say every bit counts. Going from a 30mm to 32mm with poly was an incredible difference, and since it doesn't seem much bigger, I'd say at least some of that was due to the bushings.

I see all these bushings are listed by size. Any idea how big the bars are in the standard factory setup? 28mm / 15mm????

                        28/15 for 98+

30/17 for pre 97. I have my 30/17 bars lying around if you are interested.

19mm rear bars only came on the V8 cars.

Wow only 15mm on the V6 cars? that is the suck. Think it would be worth getting a 19mm for the rear?
