Ok... it's on. I just got my set of KYB AGX's from this seller (thanks for the advise). I got my can of PB Blaster in hand.

I got a job in DC next week, but when I get back to ATL, I plan on having a "homie day" between me and my 'maro. Oh yes, the garage is mine! :naughty:

oh yeah... I've lower it on almost every shot here. I've had my spring forever. My logic was, "It's going to be lowered soon, so why not match the pictures." Well, 2 weeks turned into 2 months turned into a year, etc. So in reality, it's still a 4x4.

Then when I was about to do it, folks started with this "what shocks are you running" crap. :) This board gives me too much to think about and makes me buy stuff.

But I have everything I need for now. It's going to be fun tweaking those KYB adjustables I think. The only other thing I can think of would be to get new upper shock mounts so I could mount the springs and stuff before I get into the car. Might speed things up the day I actually start disassembly.

front sway bar endlinks. you have to take yours out, and there's a good chance they will break. Mine did.

Does lowering it affect what length endlink I need to buy or do I just get the factory replacement. The reason I ask is because isn't the sway bar suppose to be parallel to the control arm?

Ok... I have my front and rear urethane end links now. Anything else I need? :rolleyes:

By the by... the guy at Advanced recommended this marine grease to lube all the urethane bushing on the links, arms and rods. ...said it was less likely to come off in water. The tubular stuff came with these clear grease packets from Energy suspension. Yay or nay? Any lube thoughts?

You don't have to take off the rear endlinks when swapping the rear springs/shocks. You do for the front. The rears are pretty easy, but lining up the LCA relos was a bit of a PIA. Don't tighten any of the relo bolts until you get all three started.

Have a hefty C-clamp handy when putting on the endlinks. You need to compress them some before you will be able to get the nut on.

Now I think you have everything you need.
