hey Bone here's the link to where I installed my front springs, I also have a link in that thread that has a good install guide for the front and rear springs as well.

Looks like you used a pickle fork on your ball joints... at least I see the forks in the photos. If so, did it cause any damage to the joints?
I thought I was going to have to use it, but a hammer worked just fine, just tapped it softly out of the spindle with no problems, I wouldn't recommend the "hit it harder" approach if it doesn't come out the first few times with the hammer either. Just take your time with that step.
I'm probably going to have to start carrying my 2 x 10's again like I did in my slammed Z-24 so I can get the jack under it, or more importantly after the spring install, the jack out from under it.

I didn't have to use the pickle fork either. The hammer method worked just fine for me. I didn't use a C-clamp on the endlinks either. It just took a little managing.
Even at stock height, I have to pull up on the front of the car to get the jack under it. But my car almost looks lowered, I've even had a few guys ask if I lowered it. The shock install actually dropped my rear a noticeable amount, which is weird.

Go for it. I can't say I noticed a difference in just bushings because I went to a 32 front bar at the same time I went to poly bushings and endlinks, but I'd say every bit counts. Going from a 30mm to 32mm with poly was an incredible difference, and since it doesn't seem much bigger, I'd say at least some of that was due to the bushings.
