    he was not posthumously premoted, but his awards will be, and his next of kin will now receive all his back pay 4years worth, and death benefits.

      Actually if you read the article I posted he was posthumously promoted. :wavey: Time in service still counts if your MIA.

            ya know.. it is most likely the media's fault with bad info, he was a staff sargeant in sept. '06 and had our rec center in Iraq named after him
