I pulled the bird out of the garage again about an hour ago and changed the oil and took it for a good rip around town and it was GLORIOUS !!!!

Get snow tires. I haven't OWNED a FWD car before my Monte Carlo, so I know what its like. An F-Body is not that bad, if you're having problems, then something isn't right.

Just drive the thing in the winter. I can't believe that so many people put a V6 away for the winter.
In my case, it's not so much because of the winter, but because of living on campus during the winter. Most of these students can't drive worth a ****. So I'm not going to leave a clean car sitting in a lot or on the street all semester only to have it be hit, backed into, banged by car doors, or even keyed. I see way too many hit and runs happen to let my car go through that. That's where the crappy beater comes in. It looks like hell anyway, so whatever happens to it doesn't bother me much.
Anything other than that or repairs, and I'd have that car out on the road all the time. :D
