NEVER BUY FROM TRE performance

I'm not sure where to post this, but I must say, this is the worst service I have ever had. I bought a fuel pump from them and had them ship it and paid for overnight. Needless to say, I am very displeased. It didn't have all the parts, the pump was broken ahead of time, and they wont replace it, even though they said it has a warranty. Just fair warning.

i filed a claim on paypal and also went to the bbb. They just e-mailed me back and apologized and asked if I would cancel the claim. Lol this should be fun. they pissed me off, so why not piss them off? Also, I ordered the granatelli pump from summit and it should be arriving today. It shoudla been here yesterday, but someone loaded it on the wrong truck and sent it up to maumee ohio from columbus, instead of down here to cincy, grr

Thanks, it's kinda funny b/c over on ftv6, theya re sticking up for the company. What tools. The onyl time they've even replied to my e-mails is after I put out a claim on paypal. Then they try to get me to close it and then they said they would "send me my shipping abck". Do they think I want jsut the shipping? They sent me a piece of **** pump. I want my full refund back from these jackasses.

Paypal going to tell you to ship it back to them before they give you a refund on it. Make sure you ship it with tracking. Then they can not deny receiving it and Paypal will refund you weather they like it or not.
