If someone sent a broken part to any of us im pretty ****in sure we would want it replaced and if it wasn't going to be, we'd be upset too. The dude just wants what he payed his HARD EARNED money for.
Keyword there is "if".....he has admitted it was not broken until after it was removed from the packaging.
I am the one dealing with this guy in emails (but not who called him back...even though he claims we didn't...and we are open 10-6pst)...check the post before that one for more info. Anyone can get copies of the emails he received if they wish.

How would he know before? ex-ray ****in vision? wow. If the ****s broke.........REPLACE it and send the broke one back to the manufacture.
I will not buy from you knowing that if something is broke, you won't do **** about it. Any trusted company would have already had this taken care of...if only you spent as much time making CUSTOMERS happy as you did defending yourself on forums.
Then when emailed his story changes and he mentions that it was broken while being installed. He was still offered either a free replacement or a partial refund just to be nice if he simply sent a picture proving it was broken.
Yeah and it only takes some forum members f'n 3 months to get somethin to you after you pay for it in whole, AFTER they rush you to pay and YOU pay 100 more than asking price just to be nice and help with shipping costs. yay for forum members! Just be fair. Every dispute is gonna be lopsided till you hear both parties stories. I'm not sayin treperformance is all fine and dandy just yet because the OP hasn't posted since treperformance has started posting.
At my job we deal with a ton of **** for brains customers that like to complain about everything under the sun. They always seem to know better than the mechanic or of warranties and whatnot. They ***** at us for charging them for a battery that they THOUGHT was under warranty but never was. We tell them to contact the dealer and they still have hard feelings towards us when the dealer confirms it. It's just how people are. Unfair cause they're idiots.

I understand that, at my work people don't want to listen. They ask a question and then they don't want to listen to the answer and they act like they know, so I have to hold back from saying, if you already know then why ask?
I am sorry sir but you are mistaken as to how that service works. If
you view the "shipping" section you will see that we state that we ship
items in 1-2 business days from when you pay. That means day one is
the
day after you paid, 3/28, friday...then day 2 is 3/31, monday. The
item
was picked up that day as you could see. THe item also showed up on
the
2nd in the morning, not the 3rd as you say below. If you review this
service at www.usps.com you will see that it is a 1-2 day service and
is
not "next day". We can ship things with faster services and rush the
processing if you simply call us and order and ask us to do that for
you
or ship it with a guaranteed service for more money.

Also, he told me to end the paypal dispute before he woudl refund my shipping. Why would I do this? So he can scam me some more? I then received a faulty product and when I called, you guys told me very disrespectfully that you were busy and you'll try to look into it tomorrow. The pump arrived in good condition. Then the buyer broke it a few days later somehow...dropped it, mechanic broke it and didn't tell him how...who knows. The fact is there was no mention of the item being broken until 5 days after he received it, and then he admitted that it broke when installing it.
I do not know how it broke, being as I wasn't the one whom tried to install it. It has a 1 yr replacement warranty anyways. All I want is for this to be taken care of man, seriously. I'm done fighting over this. We both have better thigns to do. lets just try to come to some sort of agreement

I think some major re-reading and understanding has to be done here. Deftons, not to jump on your *** but read everything again.
And as for the OP.. shame shame for not installing it yourself :) It's fun trust me.
