So you know if someone wants your wheels they aren't going to waste time looking for the key. They will just break the locks. A wheel lock will only stop the dumbest of dumb criminals.
Car came with lock nuts, but no key. Had to have the mechanic pry them off. Took a couple appointments out of his morning. lol.
theirs sockets that would have taken them right off but would have ruined the nut....think their called like gator grips or sometin.....all mine came off in less than a min...i had no key either...sucks not even bein able to take off ur tire.lool
You keep your wheel lock on you at all times?!? That must stink. I keep mine in the spare tire area too. Ziplock ziptied to the zip-jack (I had just to put it in there :))
no meaning i have no spare tire so i figure what good is the key so i leave it home

I laugh because I have an ok aftermarket CD player, was like $80 new in box at a pawn shop probably $140 new. Its a detachable face and I had it in my mustang and I always put the face in the glove box. Its in my wife's cavalier now and do the same. Kind of funny, because they could still get everything if they wanted, but I only pull the face at a couple place I know I will be at for hours and I know of lots of thefts.
In the end I was going to to remove the wheel locks and go with 5 regular nuts per wheel. I always had stock/stock style wheels on my car. Nicest ones I ever had were painted Zr1s and Painted SS 10-spokes, nothing too special.
it stays nice in that 1 of 4 holes where the t-top holders are at in the trunk
