Anyone else here have people try to race them in the street who should already know they are going to lose long before they rev their engine?
Last night some schmuck in a jeep pulls up beside me at 1 am while I am waiting for the light. Starts revving his engine and going wooooo. Then the light changes and he guns it. I let him cross the street before i even started moving and then blew by him. Now if the race was to get to the other side of the street, then he beat me. He didn't even catch up to me when i got to the next set of lights and stopped for that red.
I only have a V6. If you are going to try to race someone at least think you have a chance. I felt a little let down. it is a new car for me and I wanted to try it out. He didn't even let me feel like I did well because he sucked so much a$$.
