He took your team to their only suber bowl appearance and they won and has had 3 division championships with them in the 6 years hes been there. That makes up half of their division championships in their entire franchise history. Why are you *****ing?

I wish he never would have left Oakland.

Took him 3 years to finally realise that Earnest Graham is our best RB, never used Alstott (he even admitted to this), and only brings in old guys at the end of their careers and we can only get 2 years out of (ie: Joey Galloway, Jeff Garcia, Kevin Carter). And last year we finished the season in reverse and went into the playoffs with no momentum. Anytime we do win the division it's because the division is weak that year. When we played the Giants we were kicking their butts in the 1st quarter via Earnest Graham, then Gruden had his gameplan switch to only using Galloway and Jeremy Stevens. When Stevens and Anthony Becht are in, every defense knows that Becht isn't going to be used for catching, so just cover Stevens. We got our butts handed to us when we had a good shot at winning that game had we stuck with what was working.

And I also wish he had never left Oakland

Gruden is not a great, but he is in the top half of coaches in the league. He has always ran a very simple offense, and this year was no different. The whole team was blasted by injuries that ended a few guys season early. I was proud the Bucs got there, but knew they wouldn't go much farther, not because of coaching, but because of injury.

I still think Cadillac has the best talent, but with a **** O-line, no one is going to do well. I was finally happy they got rid of Kenyatta Walker, that guy was terrible.

I'm just not impressed by his .500 record. And Jeff Garcia actually said Gruden's playbook is the hardest he's ever learned. Agree'd on Caddy's talent, I'm just a fan of the smashmouth style running Graham has, not that shifty stuff Caddy does. Again, just my personal taste.

x2 on Walker man, but keep an eye on our line in the future. They're young but they're getting there slowly.

Those places are big down here. There's one less than a mile from where I live. They thrive on people that are willing to drop thousands into a car that's only worth 500.

Thats all that I see renting rims from those places around here. Oh, and there's a car audio rental place right next to one of them, I actually once saw a car go straight from the rim place to the audio place.

what I think is funny is you guys think these places are "rare" there are like 10 in Orlando, and easily as many or more in Ft. Lauderdale.

The have rent a wheels, its a chain even.
