Unlucky for him i was at about 48 mph and when she hit 49 (neutral drive "the right way") i jumped in front of him and took him the rest of the way. Thanks but i dont have nos and our cars just dont get torque happy all of a sudden to do that. Well have fun.

O and i did do it at the track and it took about 2 tenths off. I was running constant 15.4 15.5 and i dropped it to a 15.3 when i did that.

Ahh yes... I was looking for those posts yesterday...

Yes, I still have the TA, and still running strong most of the time. While normally a mid/low 11 car, it was a lowly 12 flat car at a Pinks All out event last weekend. I haven't torn into it yet to see what the issue is. Might have popped a couple more valvesprings.

Do you actually get to "see" your ET's when competing on that show? That's the one thing that bugs me about it... people watching the show on tv, don't know what the cars are actually running.

Re: Account on FirebirdV6.com/CamaroV6.com Message Board locked out

The first day was just a T&T day, however due to a big lack of organization on the track's part and over 400 cars there, everybody only got one run. I pulled into the gate at 7:30am, made it into the pits at 1:00pm, and didn't get through tech until about 4:30pm. Anyway, they did display times and give timeslips on that day. The next day started with time trials. Everyone made one pass with the tree (pro tree) and times were displayed and timeslips handed out. Then everybody made another pass on an armdrop from Rich (assclown). No times were displayed and no slips handed out. After that they picked the 16 cars for the finals and there were a number of exibition cars running (wheel standers, jet dragsters, etc). Then the finals went through with no times or timeslips.

Sorry for hijacking the thread, btw. ;)
