Obviously if they are different size rims and/or tires you cannot rotate them the way you normally would. As far as the rims go, I suspect they may have some curb rash or something, hard to tell from the pic, you'd have to go see them. If they are mint, that is a good price.
ask for better pics or go check them out. you won't be able to rotate the front tires with the back tires due to the sizes. If you keep the right psi in them and just rotate from side to side, then they will be alright. You might be able to talk him down to 350 or so but 400 is a good price if the wheels are legit.

I love how you can buy a set of nice rims for f-body less than $400 when average 350Z rims cost somewhere from $1800 - $3000 .... amazing! Oh BTW, 400 for a corvette rims seems like a pretty good deal even if it has good tires or not...
and the tires on them are bald. He is suppose to be sending me pictures soon.
How much you think tires for front and back and mounting would cost?
Well the lounge isn't meant to help answer semi-technical questions. So it was valid.
Mounting cost? Call around some local places and ask. Some places around here will lower tire prices if you tell them you saw them for cheaper somewhere else ;)
