Just wanted to share/brag only cause I'm finally getting this gig rolling:rock:. Started a personal cheffing business, will be licensed to operate in 3 local counties. I haven't even got my licenses back yet and I'm already getting inquiries/jobs for some big gigs. Feels pretty good to already start telling people "you can't afford me", nice change of roles for once ;). If this keeps up I'll have all my debts paid off in less than a year. Gotta love food, everyone needs it and most are willing to pay some BIG money for it. :banana:

I went to Le Cordon Bleu so I was taught almost everything. I can do pretty much anything a client wants, with the exception of vegan or primal diets, both should be taken off this planet in my opinion. No cooking all raw. Chicken, beef, pork, everything. I don't know why people think that's a good idea. A lot of people think they can just go straight to the "diet" cold turkey. The second a raw meat product hits your stomach the first time your stomach will kick it out one of two ways, or if you have really bad luck both at the same time.
