couldnt hurt to try something. better to try than just laugh at it. poke and make fun. do you know how much oil is used everyday in america? I know i had to cut back on driving and if things get worse i will be rifing the bike to class and work... and WTF is up with the double posts? people have tried this before, it didnt work before, it wont work today, it just doesnt work.
Like you said, america uses oil... lots of it
If we don't buy it today, everyone that needed to buy it today will have to buy it tommorow. It wont hurt them
We all want gas prices to go down, but not buying gas for one day isnt gonna fix that.
Search, you'll find several times this same thing has been tried, and talked about on this website.

Heres an idea.....Instead of a day where no one buys gas (which was already said, everybody will just go and fill up first thing tomorrow).....stress a day, or week or whatever where you stress NOT DRIVING AT ALL. Like a weekend, or Sunday, etc. Atleast that would promote something positive. Dont fill up for a day, lol.Comment
