            and wtf? ive never seen a toll road around my part of ohio, and the only one i know of in the state is damn near in PA

                      It isn't rocket science. If you're all about saving money like you said, then drive within the law; it's the cheapest thing you will ever do, for your entire driving-life. No wasted money on internet gimmicks, no money given to the state via fines, cheaper insurance b/c of a cleaner record...what do you really have to lose, by abiding by the law?
