I like the Hulkster, but yeah he is too relax with his kids. I think this was the main reason his wife divorced him.
I really do think he deserves going to jail, but logically his friend consent to being a passenger during that street race. So now he is in a coma and paralyzed. He should go to jail still for street racing.
