Does wal-mart put products in the back and off the shelf when Kroger has a better sale so that Wal-mart doesn't have to match the price?
No, wal-mart typically would just honor kroger's ad or sale on the product and beat it by 10%, and in most cases, that would be the price that is advertised on the product.
they clear cutted the woods the next town over from me. they're putting in a walmart right beside a church, elementary school, and they put a big hole in the ground.
so am I... they have wrongfully fired a few people I know (some I dislike but wal-mart did them dirty) and they don't have the variety that we have at Kroger. I use to shop at wal-mart all the time, but I've noticed that even though they match prices... beer and drink vendors have told me that they have stocked displays and shelves one night and then the next day the item is in the back room and shelf is empty with few items sold. When we have a better sale on the items they have, they will put the item in the back room so that they don't lose the money.
Don't get me wrong... i can't stand Kroger, but they treat customers and employess alot better then wal-mart
Just search a few things like walmart-blows.com or don't buy from walmart and you'll find plenty of the info needed to see why they are a tragedy to america.
