One lady comes in every month and asks me for center split hot dog buns... EVERYDAY I tell her we don't have anything like that and she always comes back and asks again as if its the first time. I'd rather not rant on customers... thats the worst part of my job.
Well its not real strange of an item, but for a grocery store to have a beer pong table for sale is kinda different. Weirdest item I have found is probably lamb fries.

I have worked at this store for over a year and a half now... I worked at my previous store from the beginning. I have been working for the company now 4 and a half years. Once I obtain my degree, I will be able to go into management and the sky is the limit. Hopefully it will lead to something better SOMEHWERE else :D

When I worked at a grocery store back in HS, we used to have this lady come in every week. She smelled so badly, she stunk up the store. Cashiers would beg to go on break so they wouldn't have to be near her. Her smell made people gag it was that bad. We tried sneaking soap and deodorant into her bag, and she brought them back to the store! By far, the worst customer ever.

You work at Krogers right? Krogers in Shelbyville and Frankfort was the only place I could find center cut hot dogs and there a Kroger brand. There labled as "coney dog buns". Not saying your wrong but next time you get a minute maybe you should re-look at buns/bagel area and look for some coney buns. Could make that lady happy and now you know shes not completelt nuts, they do make them.
How long things are held by the register (the ones people change their mind and don't want it) before put back to their own place? (parishable and non parishable)
