Wow I can't believe people fell for the same damn thing as the "good" side of our troops in the media. I just have a few things to say.

1) Apparently not everyone is doing these things.

What is the point of fighting? Please, don't reply with its human nature. Human nature gives us the capability to make decisions.
7) America was built on war, violence, and crimes. It's in American nature to fight.
Opinion. America had to fight for independence. That doesn't mean we have to keep fighting to survive.
8) It's in Mankind's nature to fight and go to war. What happened to the good ol' days when the Warrior Ethos was one of the most honored and highest in regards?
The good ole days? How about WWII, when men were lying about their age in order to get shipped off to war. THIS war is different. Our entire nation was not in jeopardy of being ruined. There are different reasons to go to war, each worth more/less respect.

10) There's plenty of good things that people don't see that go on over there was well, don't judge from just a few, and no, they don't judge from just a few either. A lot of people don't like Americans because of how we are, and it all boils down to jealousy.
This is the reason a lot of people don't like americans. People like you, with your mindset. Its 'jealousy' from an arrogant point of view. Its stupidity from a sensible, educated POV.
Even if we weren't in Iraq, war would still be going on. This **** over in Arabia has been going on since before Jesus's time, what the HELL makes you think it'll stop now? Even when the ottomans were around they were still fighting each other, and even when the Mongols were.
Why does this mean we have to get involved?

Quit being an Idealist and welcome in Reality. Bush would've found someone to pick a fight with, give it North Korea or Iran.

Too bad Bush doesn't speak for all of America, only the 50 some percent that voted for him. If it was so much in our human nature, why was there no major war during Clinton's administration?

BTW, I put as much faith in the bible being legit with history as the dollar menu at McDonalds, but atleast when I read the dollar menu, I find something worth reading.
