Seriously you have some epidermis damage from too much UV exposer. Especially if you're white as snow it's going to hurt. Stay away from the sun for now, wear loose clothing, constantly moisturize the skin. After a week you'll start itching, because the dead skin is being replaced. Very important you stay hydrated and cool. Since the skin burn, your pores are closed.
well it's MUCH better now. i've got a mild tan on half of my body lol.
but i drink at least 66 oz of water a day and 48 oz of gatoraid. so i'm set. but i did have to stop running for 4 days and then only run 3 miles a day. the dead skin was still on so i couldn't get the sweat out. it would just bubble. so now it's gone, i'm iching like heck. and i'm back to running like normal. @ least 4 miles in 100 plus temps lol. few extra oz of water for sure
