ok... get a borla? i have a flowmaster and have no issues. why do you feel like a ricer? most exhausts will sound a little raspy.

yeah your exhaust will have rasp, it sucks but its inevitable

ricer? did you put one BIG pipe on it with a Fart Can? did you purchase a carbon fiber autozone wing along w/ the Flowmaster? or are you refering to the rasp everywhere above 3K?...extremely vague post :rolleyes:

:slap: the rasp can be dealt with. replacing the cat with a glasspack style muffler can "smooth" out the sound alot, but it'll still sound like what it is...a 6 cylinder. the simple thing would be buy a borla muffler. theres alot of exhaust info in the exhaust section...

x2... i think flowmasters sound fine, some don't... and most things have a little rasp at higher RPM.. not too much you can do about that. you could always try a high-flow muffler and some headers... that should tone it down... or get a different muffler... check the sticky "sound clips" in exhaust, it has tons of set-ups... then pick one you like
