You're doing better then me.

Not so much time consuming as it is to get the colors to go back original in the signals/headlights/bowtie. What I do to change the color is go to Enhance, adjust color, hue/saturation and mainly I used the "Master" selection and from there with the signals I had to use "yellow" and "red selection". On The SS picture I selected the "blues" and just went from there lol Copied the headlights over and then flattened the pic or you can use Merge visible.
