So does your F body leaks oil?

I've had mine fixed awhile back when I still had the 5 year warranty back then. And after a year it's leaked again. It's coming from the rear main oil seal. It really not that bad, but over year the stain on the pavement has grown.

I was told by a mechanic that if you use synthetic oil in time it will cause it to leak.

My '89 Bird is pretty much the same way too.

not a drop when I had it rebuilt at 93K.

surprisingly enough, no. and im at 180k.

theres some oil around the head gaskets and valve covers, but not enough that it drips.

ya mine has leaked the last 69k miles. I've only used mobil 1 full synthetic and royal purple, so I figured it would happen

mine either has a leak around the rear main or the oil pan.. cant tell

Yep, I got 190,000km on mine and she is leaking from both the rear main seal, and now my valve covers

Yes I really cant tell from where its coming from but it really hasn't been too much of a problem.

mine hasnt yet, ive had it for and year and a half now and put 12,000 miles on her but nothing yet.

My rear main leaks. Not too bad though, but after two years the stain is growing. I have the new seal, but haven't dropped the tranny for the swap yet. 125k

Running Syn. I have a few drops here and there from the rear main, don't mind though I'd rather run the Royal Purple. I did the M5 to A4 swap, they thought the rear main looked good so didn't replace it, my mistake should have insisted to replace, so I'm left with small drops. I think if I ran reg. 10w30 it wouldn't leak though. Also run the Syn. Valvoline VI in the tranny, and RP in the rear end.
