  • Any weird "rituals" for your Car?

Does anyone here do anything different for their F-body than they would another car??

1.) I prime my car. Smoother starts, maybe. But I just do it. It gives me time to put my seatbelt on before I start her up.

2.) I use my e-brake, even though I have an A4. I put it in neutral, pull the e-brake, then put it in park. I absolutly hate it when the car "bounces" off the parking brake.

3.) Also, I push the button in when I pull the e-brake up.

Just a few things that I don't think I woud do with another car.

I've also heard people put their windows down when people get out of their car so they don't close the door with the window.

well i don't do any of that, at least not yet omg roflcopter.

but i do have one thing i do religously.

When closing the door after getting out i always push on the door never on the window!! or else the window will come loose after time. I also do not forget to tell this to anyone and everyone who rides in my car so they can close the doors properly when they get out of my car.

^ see that's more longevity and maintanence though. Not I rub the door and tell it good night, that's just weird.

BTW, can I borrow your rat? I think my python would like to play with him. :D

              My ritual...

Put on go-fast parts, beat the he11 out of it at the racetrack, put it up wet then fix it the following day. It loves every minute of it.

Oh yeah, and wash it every once in awhile.

but she is always talking about how much she likes my car so it kind of makes up for it.

So that it's life size and I can show it to my python when I get home, she's gonna try and eat the computer screen.

i always lock it using the switch on the door, never the keyfob. so when im getting out of my car, the door is open, push the switch to lock the doors, they lock, close the door, no beeps from the alarm system. however, my new car wont let me lock the doors this way.. the alarm is wired some weird way ill have to fix it.. other than that... i agree with shodown.

I don't allow female clothing to touch my car. Any female clothing must be removed before entering the vehicle.
