Id say anyone who does stupid unessary modifactions to their vehicle.
Lambo doors, Neon lights, wings when the damn thing only does 14mph at the topend. unessary stickers all over the vehicle of stupid stuff that isn't even on there cars like how the hell are you gonna have a NOS sticker and you don't have an NOS kit? Donk rims, and loud sterio systems.
Its also a mindset as well some moron thinks just because he's got a Civic with exhaust he has a racecar and thinks he can go pull on a lambo at the stop light. Also those who put there highly modified POS up against a bone stock corvette or something thats just ghey!.:rant:
If your going to build a car do it right! make sure it makes sense to put Altizza tailights and your car can hit 180mph before you put a wing on it!.
