Re: ricers
My description of Ricer is any car that the owner attempts to make look faster than it actually is by the addition of multiple generic bolt on parts that can be picked up at your local autozone, and whose driver will make greatly exaggerated claims about the cars performance.

Re: ricers
Don't forget the stickers. Actually I define a ricer as a modified import with big wheels with rubber band size tires, top fuel dragster style wings, neon lights, retarded body kits, carbon fiber hoods(which probably cost twice as much as the car anyway), fart pipes. Basically a car that annoys just by sitting there. Some cars can actually run hard, but a polished terd is still a terd.69 Camaro 350 4spd, Full Hotchkis susp, Baer brakes, moser 12 bolt, Flowmaster

96 RS Hotchkis STB, subframe connectors, Hotchkis LCA and adj Panhard rod, SS camaro sway bars, Bilstein shocks, powerslot rotors, Borla exhaust, rksport headers, k@nFIPK

For example a chevy cavalier or ford escort with a body kit and stickers automatically qualifies as a wheatburner.

Re: ricers
id say anything with altezza tail lights, an aluminum spoiler, and or a fart cannon. all the work has to be poorly done as well.
a lot of the cars on the wikipedia entry really arent rice so much as they are modified. some are well done.
i think to qualify as rice the work has to be poorly done or the driver has to be a giant tool.95 bright red camaro 3.4l
