huge fart cannon, that sounds like a loud weedwacker
multiple stickers that he may, or may not even have on the car
huge wings on a FWD car, or ones that serve no purpose
huge gangsta 22" rims on a civic that cost more than the car
LED, neon, underglow (for the most part)
gay paintjobs with retarded tribal, and or other symbols
fuzzy interior with carbon fiber/brushed aluminum stickers over interior pieces
random pepboys type equipment (like buick side vents that do nothing)
unpainted/different colored body parts
and various other retarded things you want to slap the guy for putting on his car
all the while having no performance mods, he just happened to have one of the cars out of the fast and furious movies

that is certainly the exception to the rule of wing and tailights.

put it this way, if the car needs a cage,wheelie bar and a chute... it can be ****ing purple for all i care, it'll never be rice.

but if you have these things and run 15s or slower, its rice.

today i was driving with my gf and seen this ricer,i think it was a mazda, it dont matter, but i said i hate ricers and she asked what i ment by ricer, i tried to explain but it lead me here. what would qualify as a ricer???

Domestic Ricers are called "Wheatburners" for anyone that didn't know

For example a chevy cavalier or ford escort with a body kit and stickers automatically qualifies as a wheatburner.

since we are on the topic i have a queston is my Z24 Chevy Cavalier a "Wheat Burner" becuase i have a hole in the exhaust right after the manifold which causes it to be really loud and makes civics wanna race me?
