well this makes my first camaro. chrysler was having a 4th of july sale. i have seen this camaro for a few weeks on the lot they were asking 13995. and for the 4th sale they had it for 8559. we got it for 9500 out the door with 5 year 50k warrenty and has gap. its an 02 convert. with 50k:drool: its a 3.8 and rides so nice. i will have pictures tomorrw the only question i have since both my bird are sticks and this is an auto what is the 2 d's for? one has a square and one doesnt. and all so is there anyone that sells an ss hood scoop or do i have to get a new hood?

Overdrive is the one with the square. Just use that one all the time..

i had to ask so sorry...mine doesnt have overdrive but goes up to 3 instead of just 2....my question is y they would do that and whats the difference between the two? is one better over the other? thanks and sorry

overdrive will give you better gas mileage. you should only use drive if you are towing something or want a better jump off the line. use overdrive all the time.

dont use overdrive all the time. itll wear more on your car. if youre just driving somewhere and not racing or anything dont use it.

windcharger....a better jump off the line!? no, I think not. where do you get this information from?

theres 4 gears....overdrive is your fourth gear...thats the D with the box around it....stick it in that and drive it, if your driving up a mountain or like previously stated towing something and you notice the car constantly shifting from 4-3-4 then put it in drive (the D with no box around it) it will hold 3rd gear.

Use overdrive it what it is meant for, see explanation (nikon) above he has it bang on...you can also use the other gears there to help gear down (slow down) if needed...not recommended all the time, but if you got a lot of mountains or need a little help...

and congrats on the car...sounds like a steal man (atleast over here it would be anyways)
