      Re: new job

eehhh nevermind, i didnt get dish network apparently the guy didnt call us 30 min prior and we missed him. He did leave a note saying we cannot get it... my wife called them up and dish network said they couldnt get someone out for another week .. so she called direct tv and they said this friday.. So we will see what happens.

its funny though because both our neighbors have it, so thats why we wanted them to come back out.... our neighbor also said they told him the same thing..

Hey it's good that you have a job. Up here, even if it is scab, people will take it with the big three just about to go belly up. More people in bars screaming at their imaginary bosses in the mirror than on the lines anymore. Many of the bought out union guys are picking up and jumping the ship for whatever else may be out there. My sincerest congrats to anyone who can get hired nowadays, cause it sure ain't happnin' here.

Ok...how would you go about installing a coax cable for connection to a reciever or TV? The demarc point is outside for a hint.

ok, you have a point. but theres no other way really. when we can finally just use wireless signals we wont have to drill into your floors. but until then it's holes for you!

                        Wi-Fi has security issues.

You do drill a hole, but not in exposed floor. Cut a ring in the wall, use a flexible auger bit to drill your hole in the floor within the wall, and use a damn faceplate when terminating with an MPLS ring. No hole in exposed floor.

BTW, no holes for me, I do this for a living.

Congrats, but I have a question. How do you convince people the satelitte won't **** out on you in bad weather? if not you selling it, I would love to know how the sales people convince them that doesn't happen.
