  • 1/18 scale 4th gen?

so yea, this is really random...

but would anyone happen to know if any replica model company makes a 1/18th scale model of a 4th gen fbody? i've never seen one, but i'd imagine some company has made them. i was heavy into model building back when i was younger, but i havent messed with it in a looong time. i've been thinkin it'd be pretty neat to find a 1/18 model 93-97 camaro, and replicate my car. my gf says i'm obsessed, but i just think it'd be kool to have my car on a shelf in my room haha.

well, if i have to i'll find an AMT model that you build, but i'd love to find a 1/18 diecast, like the ones collectors NEVER take out of the box. I'm one of those bungholes that takes em all out of the box and completely takes em apart and goes over em to make em like i want em lol. the shifters and pedals move in all my diecasts, and i have a 68 GTO model with (halfway) working seattracks lol

and Andy, id guess ur talkin bout the AMT models. if i find one i'll link you up

I think it was a company called Lindberg that use to make either 1/16th or 1/18th plastic models. You might can try them if you dont find what you want in diecast.

haha will-do man...i really want a hardtop one, i'd have to paint the ttops on, but w/e...

a model of ur car would be a good guage for mods too. if you were thinking about doing an appearance mod, you could look at the model as you lay in bed, and ponder it as you fell asleep lol

You can get the 35thh annivesary SS for pretty cheap, like less then $20.

but for non-ss or anything else haven't seen and I recently been to a few hobby shops. Funny I am going to start my first model in years today, but I might be doing airplanes.
