Since I had my stroke 2 years ago and with the spascity and back problems from the stroke we have decided to move into a 1 story house. We have a 2 story and the stairs are killing me. The plus side is we are looking at a 3 car garage which would be perfect for me. Right now me and my wife have more space than we need with the 2 story at 2200sqft 2 car garage. The 1 story were looking at is 1700sqft. 3 bedrooms , 3 car garage, built in barbaque in back with a built in fireplace in back made out of stone. Smaller back yard with a little grass for the dogs and plants/ plam trees already done up with drip systems etc. The 2 story we have now the back yard is almost all grass about 2,000 sqft w/ plants etc. around it and it sucks to mow it and keep up on the plants. So we will see how it goes this next month if we get the 1 story house. Plus it is only about a mile from us so moving won't be too bad.

Sucks to hear about your stroke, but I'm glad your OK.
I think you're moving to a better house. 3 car garage is hard to beat. 1 part of that garage is space to fix up your Camaro.

No, it is still over here about 2 miles over closer to cotton ln. & greenway I'm excited about the garage but I still like ours here with the frig and sink, I hope the 1 story has a pace for a sink and frig.
