and its funny how the american dollar fluxes around the world.. but here in the states, a buck is still a buck.. I remember when you could mow ur yrd for a buck.. it takes me $4 to mow the damn thing now. lol ITS JUST GRASS PEOPLE!!..

High prices on vehicles doesn't really bother me (except for bran new vehicles off the lot). The more we pay for a used vehicle the more we will be able to get for it when the time comes to sell. Besides...not all used vehicles are more expensive here...I just bought a 2005 Magnum SXT with 75,000 kms for $10,000...I haven't been able to find as good a deal anywhere in the US on the same vehicle. So it depends on the car and the market for it.

how hard is it to sell something in canada if you live in america? canadas only an hour away from me and im having trouble selling my truck. now i wanna try putting it up in canada but i dont know how to do all that.

you probably wouldn' have too much trouble finding a buyer for maybe a few thousand dollars more than you'd get in the US, however, importing can be a real hassle...for someone inexperienced I wouldn't recommend it. ALso, you'd have to get the vehicle inspected in Canada (depending on the province, u might need to pass an emissions test), meaning it would have to be running in tip top order, u'd need DRL's if it was older than 1994, and you'd have to pay Canadian Federal and possibly Provincial tax (totalling up to about 13% of the vehicles value) on the vehicle.

I plan to import an 2000+ SS or Z28 from the US for probably about $10k less than I'd pay for one here...the downside is that I'll need to pay up to $2000 on importation paperwork, travel expenses, and taxes.
