Well i was driving home today from work and there was hella traffic so i used a turning LANE as a way to pass some slow *** car and i guess a cop saw me so He pulled me over then walked up and then Walked around my car then he said Get out with your license and registration and insurance and POP YOUR HOOD! i was like What why you need to pop my hood and he said To check so i pop my hood and he inspects so much stuff and my stuff is pretty much STOck expect the intake so he gets one with than then says where is your front license plate and i said on my dash dont you see it and he says dont get smart with me then the cop says go sit down in your car then Gos back into his car and i look at him and he starts punching the streering wheel lol and gets pissed comes over throws my license and registartion in my car and says you are so ****ing lucky i forgot my ticket book at the Station and he says he is giving me a warning but i wood of got a ticket if he didnt forget WHAT A D i C K

the part that pissed me off was he made me pop my hood

back when my car was straight piped, i had a security guard in the JCPenney's parking lot tell me he was gonna write me a ticket for disturbance, because my car was so loud. i just pulled off lol...rent-a-cops ftw...

Well I can only think of two reasons that he wanted you to pop your hood One He wanted to check it out but not likely He was most likely checking to see if you had any racing mods in some states they are illegal and you did get lucky if he really wanted to he could have mailed you the ticket.

yea man your pretty lucky....thats how accidents happen cause the guy infront of you is undecisive and now decides I gotta turn...second off, NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, get smart with a cop....they can write you up for soo much **** you're head will spin. Sure you can fight it but doesnt mean you will win, its your word versus theres...

I have to go to court to fight a ticket myself in which I did NOTHING wrong, cop just didnt like me or my car (and I was polite to him). I now have a speeding ticket in which I was NEVER going even 1km over the speed limit and I need to fight it...****ty thing is there is that chance I will not win it, despite the fact that I am in the right.

once i passed up someone going 45 mph in a 55 and i got busted :( = a $250 ticket. then he had the nerve to ask me my age etc. when it was already on my lic.; i look younger than my actual age. gay-*** troopers.

Thats probably to verify whether or not you had a fake ID....I dunno how big that kinda stuff is in the states there, but over here its huge...when I was under 19, EVERYONE had fake I'ds lol...

yea, its pretty gay. i get carded everywhere and then when they find out i'm 25 it's like :slap:

eh man take it as a compliment, you get rattled now, but when your pickin up 22-25 year old broads when your 35 I bet you'll be pretty happy....

haha yeh never get smart with a cop. One of my friends was driving home and was going like 40 in a 25 (dumb) and the cop pulled him over and said something like, "I didn't have my radar gun up, but you were definitely going faster than 25." Stupid friend said "well if you didn't have your radar up, how do you know?" Well, he didn't get the speeding ticket, he did end up with FIVE unrelated tickets and they pulled his records to make sure he wasn't a terrorist. wtf hahhaha

I would have said "ok,, thank you officer." :) And gotten the hell outta there ASAP. You got lucky you got a break this time.
