Re: CALLING: vanbibber and silver rs

After i get a good tune and get everything running the way i want (meaning a 12 bolt) it'll b a mid 11 car. Puttin anywhere between 350-370 to the wheels. My car is lighter than most fbodys out there due to having no options at all down to no rear defroster. Granted its not that big of a number but its a N/A car until the 355 is dropped in and boost can come into play.

Thats a 40 rwhp difference and the only reason i would go from a roll is bc the LS1 top end is far superior to the LT1 mod for mod. I don't think his cam can boost him 40 hp if he has stock heads, of course I could be wrong ...and gears don't help him as much from a roll but I do have 373 and can launch :stp:

But your car is really nice and it sounds great---I was just messing with ya earlier and I believe the LT1 is a great motor and it sounds amazing with any exhaust, while the LS1 has a bit of trouble in that department. However, mod for mod the LS1 is my fav...of course I'm biased

edit*** I didn't know bibber was such an LT1 fanboy, even though his is stock....and calling me a ricer is ridiculous. It was a joke first off, and I would love to run any LT1 on this board from a stop or roll. Win or lose I would have fun

That was just an example to get you in the right direction.

Go to your local auto parts store and tell them you need to remove a balancer and a crank pulley, they will show you what you need.
