I think it looks hideous, but I think it's almost entirely because of the wheels. Lowered with some seriously offset rims (even 1 or 2 inch spacers) and 315s out back, I think that could look seriously slick...

        Oh, and black.
haha you noticed? i didn't.. i love the vettes that do the HUD speedo...

and yea, i think it looks bad now, but some lowering, wider tires, and it would look real nice

They basically took the idea behind the Sunoco/**** Harrell Camaros and applied it to a Pontiac. I like it. Alot of people here seem to dislike the **** Harrell cars (there was a thread here a while back about them) but you really need to see them in person. It really does look good. And BTW, you can fit a 13" wide rim with 335s in the back with the wider fenders ;)

EDIT- Holy crap I can't say "D-I-C-K" on this board. LOL

The change from the rear 1/4 - door - front fender is too drastic. Its hour-glass shaped... and thats not cool. It just doesn't flow well. AKA you can tell it was not factory like that.

There is a company that has been working on widebody kits for fbodies. I dont think this is it though.

I think the widebody looks great ..the pos color ruined it.... If it was all black with tinted tails and that wide body kit

I like it! But the wheels have to come out to the edges of the fenderwells. There's a CRX that runs around the Allendale/Grand Rapids area here in Michigan that has a widebody kit on it, but he's had stock rims along with it for a few years now. Just doesn't look right at all. Also, to be able to pull off something like without being a poser, you NEED to have a lot of power going to the wheels IMO. Stevethepirate, what company is making the widebody kit? I might have to look into a turbo kit or something a little more seriously if the widebody looks good enough.
