                      That Pentax shoots pretty cleanly.

Yeah, I got it two and a half years ago for graduation, big models at the time : Nikon D70, Canon Digital Rebel XT, and This one...

The Canon just didn't jive right for me as far as layout went, and I thought the D70 was just two heavy for the sports and high speed shoots I did back then, So I went with this.

It's light, and I love the quality I get, especially when I decide to shoot raw. I usually only shoot Low Compression JPEG though. More Space and it doesn't sacrafice quality at all.

I think the camera was $729.95 when I bought it?

Now you can get them for $395.xx

Coolness. I'm a Canon guy myself. Iduno...probably stems back to when I first started shooting video. I was packin' a few XL-1s to weddings and sporting gigs. Since Sony owns the broadcast market, we eventually stepped up to their line of DVCAM and DigiBeta. Since then, Sony has gone to sh!t. I don't think I own a piece of Sony gear that hasn't broken, including DVD burners and car stereos. LITERALLY EVERY CAMERA, DECK and DRIVE has broken. Sucks! We are about to jump to HiDef, and when we do, I'll probably go with the Panasonic DVCPRO HD P2 format. Panasonic seems to be on their game now-a-days.

                              Ok, have your thread back.
