I only like tuna that is packaged in olive oil. The stuff canned in water has no taste at all! unfortunately, its pretty hard to find the olive oil stuff in the states.
Sometimes I just put olive oil in it, and eat it like that. Or I put mayo, chopped up onions, celery, and chopped up tomatoes.
I make at least 2 cans worth, and just eat it out of a bowl.
2002 SOM Camaro- Sold
2006 S60- Sold
2000 Cherokee- The desert whip
Mix with mayo, spicy mustard, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Place on hot toasted bread with slice of cheese. Place under broiler for a minute to finish melting cheese. Good stuff, if you can get the albacore it would be even better. Of course my favorite tuna is fresh, raw and served on rice.
Let's flip a coin. Heads I get tail, Tails I get head.
I put it in a bowl along with 2 eggs and some bread crumbs, a little bit of salt/pepper/parsley, mix it all together, put it in a frying pan, makes a hella tortilla/omelet!
Not a lot of people like tuna. haha, it's good for you! EAT IT!
As an amatuer powerlifter I know this, but I just still can't get past the smell lol. Anytime I gotta drop down a weight class for a competition I substitute tuna for turkey.
tuna kicks ***. i also eat straight from the can. when i want it on a sandwich, i'll mix a can of it with a little mayo and sweet relish. sweet relish is awesome with tuna. make me a tuna sammich!!
