My wife and I were there for 2 1/2 weeks. We started in Beijing, then went to Xi'an, then to Chongqing. We visited a number of cities along the Yangtze and finished in Shanghai. The trip was awesome, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. There is so much more that I wish we could have seen, but we are poor. =) The trip was awesome.
Im really excited for track. There is a runner from my area who I was lucky enough to meet last year named Anthony Famiglietti, he does steeplchase (like me:banana:) and last olympics he got a tough deal and hit his leg bad on a steeple so he had a rough race. I hope he does rly well because he has a shot to medal in a distance race which is very rair for a American born athlete these days. Also so see Phelps dominate.
what about china cleaning up in the diving. omg, they can dive.
who was the ozzys female divers slow mo. they looked like one diver the entire way down:rock:
Yup, the Chinese owns this event. They did great in synchronized swimming too.
Tomorrow Michael Phelp should bring down the house with more gold medals. The women did great on Judo. I still need the US men on wrestling.
So far US did horribly at boxing. I can't believe we lost to Korea because the guy was reluctant to continue the fight on the last round. Another US flop.
Women volley ball team are not so good. But the men are OK so far.
