I like owning and driving different cars. Since I dont have the bankroll to maintain a collection, it pretty much means that I cycle through them every 1-2 years or so. I've had my firebird for almost a year now, and I'm resisting the urge to swap.
If I were to tho, these following cars would be on my short list:
Acura CL
Acura TSX
Acura MDX
Mazda Miata
Toyota Avalon
Toyota Camry
Jeep CJ
Jeep Wrangler
Jeep Comanche
VW GTI
Hate to say it, but I would rather have the bird than the cars on that list. I see so many of those cars on the road all the time and none of them have that wow factor.
My garage would be filled with more motorcycles than cars. I currently have a 97 Camaro and my girl has an '07 Hyundai SUV thing. I plan on adding a 5th gen Camaro to the list of cages.
Besides that, I have my 2 bikes. I'll be getting a third one for when she wants to go on rides with me since long distance trips are a pain on my current ones.
I have choices however it depends on the situation. first and foremost if I don't finish school I refuse to retire the RS until Iam done second I want to swap day jobs as well as invest alittle more than I currently have and if that don't happen I won't be buying anything. Regardless of what happens though the fiero stays!.
My choices are mainly
1)C5-C6 vettes
2)Dodge Challenger(Would be the V6 model cause I don't dig Hemis)
3)93-97 Toyota Supra N/A or turbo
4)98-02 T/A or SS
5)350Z
6)G35
7)Tibieron
8)Lancer EVO
9)STI
10)Saturn Sky
My other choices
1)Scion XB.
2)Dodge Ram crew cab.
3)Charger.
4)New Kia or Hyundai(But id keep the RS)
5)Smart car.
More than likely I will be holding on to the RS for awhile until I hit my goal first and thats like 5/6 years away from now. However I still want atleast a C5 before I move on to my first true exotic.
Since the camaro is my DD, I would replace it with something DD acceptable:
None of them are dream cars, just realistic options. No particular order either:
1) Audi A4 2.0T
2) Lexus IS350
3) E46 M3
4) 335Ci
The fuel economy route
1) Golf TDI or 2.0L
2) Golf R32 (not as economical)
3) Mini Cooper (not the original one)
Not much I would drive in this category. Haha...
If I had to replace the Viper for a fun car... I dunno... Also realistic options, not dream cars.
1) Audi RS4
2) Ferrari F355
3) 911T Coupe
1997 Chevrolet Camaro v6 - 13.8@104MPH
1997 Dodge Viper GTS
Out of your list I vote for a jeep. On my list well right now they are all out of my reach till I get more of this friggin debt paid down. Once that happens it's keep the maro and get a project to work on for a fun as **** weekend car.
Let's flip a coin. Heads I get tail, Tails I get head.
I wouldn't get rid of this car unless it was for a faster version of the same thing; since I was 6 I have dreamed of owning a Camaro, and now I do :). But, in addition to it, I wouldn't mind having a nice jacked-up 4x4; whether it be a Jeep or a Silverado, I'd be set as long as I can throw some 40's on it and still spin them! Xtreme 4x4 on Spike TV just did a CJ build up; alot of custom work, a hemi motor and 40s (IIRC) that was still DD capable! That would be my dream 2nd vehicle :)
So my truck is finally getting some work done, after 17 years, Oil pressure sensor went out and it’s located under the lower intake manifold. Have to...
