So i put my 95 Z28 6-speed up for sale and a guy called me up asking if i would do a trade for his 98 Firebird Automatic. His car is pretty basic, No t-tops, power windos and locks, cloth interior, and has an added WS6 OEM Hood and front bumper. Car is pretty much mint. Has 145,xxx miles and taken care of. The car I have is a 95 Z28 6-speed, all black 123,xxx miles, leather, SLP exhaust, 2002 SS front end (headlights, fenders, hood, bumper, ect.) with 17" wheels but does need some work. Passenger side exhaust manifold leaks, window motors need to be changed, no high beams, tires are preety much down to nothing, has some worn leather on driver seat and crack on the dash pad and some other things. Im looking at around $500+ for repairs. Kid wants to trade plus put some Cash down $700. Just wondering if I should keep the Z28 or get the Firebird. Would be used as a daily driver back and forth to work 48 miles each way. and I have a 2000 WS6 6-speed and a 95 Firehawk 6-speed for my around town drivers.

i would keep the camaro, but im biased as i dont like firebirds at all.. especially since you did the front end conversion.. and those LT1's are strong blocks.. they just have a few problems, like previously mentioned..guy at my local track has one with heads/cam and he totally pounds on it
