Reminds me of this past spring...
friday night I ended up with my leg bent sideways at the knee... kneecap on the side of my leg...
Sunday morning, tried playing in a hockey game... lasted about 1 exercise in the warm up, at which point my leg popped sideways again.. Drove myself to the ER (after a beer and some lunch).
Torn MCL, Dislocated kneecap, fractured tibia, EXTREMELY bruised/stress fractured femur.

Lol. Even my parents said nothing when I told them I had a beer before driving myself to the ER.

They did, however, question why I thought it was OK to drive with my leg bent sideways...

Yeah, I saw that. Ouch!!

It made my left shoulder hurt. I injured mine awhile back and it still hurts to this day, especially in the morning.

I think his weight lifting career is over.
