Got some free time to sit down and mess with my Canon Rebel XSi today, havent had alot of time to sit down and go through the features, what this means, and what that means.

Anyone here specialty in DSLR?

Yeah, I had to restart my computer, and I went out and snapped some pics.

"Dangerz" Gave me a hand, he has a DSLR and is into photography as a hobby and was extremely helpful. Thank you for all that.

dangerz- I might have to hit you up for some advice as well. I'm just playing around, and doing a pretty good job IMO, but suggestions are always nice!

i know it's shrunk down so it doesn't look as good as it does on my computer....but playing with lenses are fun too.

oooh, a photography thread!

I am pretty heavy into photography as a hobby. I'm a die-hard Canon fan, and I've got a few L-series lenses that are awesome. Anyone feel free to email me if they have any questions regarding photography.

Those are some awesome pictures there.

I'm just a hobby photographer as well and my lenses only consist of the standard Canon 18-55 and a Sigma telephoto. I'd love to save up for a nice macro, but it seems that whenever I get close something pops up that needs the money.

I use a Fujifilm A345 digital cam for basically all my pics and I love that camera.

pictures aren't exposed correctly....lol

98 Camaro knows his sh*t....bone's got the idea for the most part...kristen your first one has good exposure and contrast....

there's an exposure compensation on every DSLR when shooting in auto modes.... hold it down and rotate a dial....
