obviously we wouldnt be ****s about not speaking french, that would be a rather dumb thing to do when you are in an area foreign to you and you need help lol....No, I was just thinking along the lines of as far as meeting women go, or getting help, or basically when we are in the bars kinda thing. u would be surprised how many ppl come here and make complete asses of themselves and get no respect as a result...not saying that's u tho.
yep, there's the casino de montreal on the island where the F1 track is just south of Montreal. You can take the shuttle from the free parking lots just south of downtown...the Casino is in the french pavillion of the 1967 World Fair...pretty nice place and if you get a chance you can bring the car and drive around the F1 track...but its open to pedestrians so the speed limit is only 30.
You can drink around here even if you are 13... we live in them there mountains... but I don't think you can handle whiskey in a jar.
lexington is pretty flat, it's more towards tennesse that the mountians start up, and teh vehicles crashing over the sides of the mountains on 95. No it's not because they're drunk, but ccrappy drivers (maybe a lil drinking involved)

haha...I should lobby the city of Montreal to pay me commission for each person who comes. Seriously tho, I work at an airport and I see Americans and ppl from across Canada all the time who tell me they just love the city. I lived in downtown Toronto, which was great. But Montreal just has such a different feel...not like any other major city in North America.
Oh by the way...if you're up for a bit of historic sightseeing...take a trip to Old Montreal. You can walk along the river, or head up to the tons of restaurants and bars along the waterfront and up in the old city.

Canadian winters are pretty cold. One thing I will say about montreal right now is the women are incredible over here...Honestly didn't think it would be this good.
Downtown where we are staying though, about 7 in every 10 girls that walks by is solid. I love it.
I'll let you know what the bars are like later...gunna check out a few tonight.
