BTW, if Obama can turn our economy around, get our troops home, get needy people jobs, and change this country for the good, then he can shake his d*** at the flag for all I care. (yes, I said that, problems?)

the key word is "IF".

I am a registered Republican, but I honestly have no idea where I am on this one.

Obama - higher taxes (and for the person to said get over the higher taxes, F U! Americans pay over 50% of their pay in taxes. I don't want more). A timed troop withdrawal could mean a power vacuum in the middle east (VERY bad). However, he is a great speaker with a ton of charisma. He could unify the nation which is sorely needed.

McCain - Had (past tense) a record for cleaning up government (Palin does now), but the Republican status quo sucks right now. He used to have a better platform, but he unified recently. Lower taxes (good), higher national debt (bad).

and for the completely irrelevant and irrational side of me. Obama sounds like Osama, and his Middle name is Hussein. That creeps me out a little.
