i have beef with Harley guys, mainly because they dont get a look from the cops when they rev their overly annoying bikes up constantly, and yet a nicely done, cammed car gets pulled over constantly and its not even close to being as loud as most bikes, just driving down the road normal.
Hold on. I love everything I have from the Harley's, to the cars, and the busa. Some of the cars are loud, some quiet, the busa can be loud, the Harleys are the loudest, and not to mention I have mostly all the cars with 5% tint, but I have never had any problems with city cops or base cops. I think its more of a I mind what I am doing, have a nice ride, and they respect me as long as I dont cause problems.
I can honestly say I have never heard or seen a car of any kind ever get pulled over for excessive noise. But being from the westside of Indianapolis, most everyone has a loud car.

that might be the case where you live, but here in ohio its all the time. doesnt matter how you drive. a loud car doing nothing wrong, will get pulled over a hell of alot more often then some guy who wants to sit at every light and rev his harely to the moon and back for no reason.
current car- 95 Trans am- bolt ons, parked and collecting dust. why? because **** it
True but there's more comradarie with Harley guys because they are enthusiast. People with F-bodies are often times stuck with their cars. As soon as an opportunity to opt for a Vette or better comes along they take it. One guy with an LT1 vette once told me that F-bodies are like Fisher toys of sportscar. So F on Fbody stands for Fisher toy. It's where you start as a kid and you're suppose to grow out from it. Ofcourse I was upset.
Besides, if you wave to a guy in an F-body they'll start thinking you wanna race. Which is true by way. I was talking to a guy once at Sears who had a Supped up Camaro V6 and we were admiring each others car. Next thing you know he's egging me on for a race, which I'm not interested in a street race.
how is there any more comradarie between harley guys compared to car guys? its the same concept just more wheels.
as for the lt1 vette guy... he's a lt1 vette guy, id try to talk down to others to if I bought the lamest generation corvette ever too, if it helped me sleep better at night knowing i drive the least popular, poorest built vette ever. and even worse than that, its a pretty well known fact that the majority of vette owners are tools by default any ways, there are very few vette guys who arent total d1cks.
and as far as a wave being some signal for wanting to race... i wave all the time, never had anyone want to race unless it was some dumb hillbilly in a beat up 3rd gen comero I rawk. ive had more *******s in vettes pull up wanting to go than fbodies by a wide margin.

I used to have a silver camaro. I was driving one day on a local road and this chick in her silver camaro honked (opposite lane) and when I looked , she waved. I waved back.

Headers,Ram Air and a CB and I smoked a 94 LT1 Vette at the track.
I sure got his attention and respect,he wanted to know how much I had done to it and called BS on me when I told him.

I ran 13.7's to his 13.9's and 14.0's:spank:
Off topic but you can't compare a 94 vette to a your, what, 01 bird. You should be able to beat it anyways. Just because it's an old sports car doesn't mean it is fast by todays terms. Also .2/.3 difference in time isn't that much. But I get your point.

Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
