I hope they have to amputate his penis to prevent him from having kids. I'd then send him to jail so the other men can make him their girlfriend and also make him dry hump the wall butt naked for 3 hours every day while chantign "I killed a baby." Then right before he turns 80, take him out to one of the crash tests and have him sit in the driver's seat without a seatbelt when they run head on into the brick wall

there is a difference popping your tires at a light, and going on high speed races with another vehical...

How is it different? In Virginia I got a Recklas drag racing ticket for spinning my tires at a light next to a Mustang. By law in Virginia Spinning tires is recklass driving just as exsessive speed and street racing is. Now I know that there is a difference between high speed running and spinning tires, but the law doesnt see any difference..

That is the dumbest thing ever.

Well the baby died afterwards. The dad didn't strap her because she got ejected, just like the dad. I'm sure if she was strapped properly she would have survived.
